BOARD CERTIFICATION CLASSES

Are you a newly elected board member in your community?

First, we offer you our congratulations in taking the first step in becoming more involved in your neighborhood! As you may be aware, Florida law requires all newly elected board members to complete specific certification requirements within 90 days after being elected. We offer complimentary virtual board certification courses each Spring to assist new board members in meeting these requirements. Hosted by our founder, Mark E. Adamczyk, Esq., our 3-hour course provides a basic overview of maintaining official records, budgetary matters, the election process, contract bidding requirements, and dispute resolution. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.
