At Adamczyk Law Firm, we are known for providing client-friendly legal services. We represent condominium and homeowners associations, cooperatives, country clubs, property managers and business owners throughout southwest Florida.
We are one of the few law firms in the area that focuses on condo and homeowner association law. Our attorneys have provided hundreds of legal opinions to condominium associations, homeowners associations and cooperatives in Collier and adjoining counties. We have significant experience with document and rule amendments, covenant enforcement and collections matters.

MARK E. ADAMCZYK
Mark E. Adamczyk, Esq. has been a Naples resident since 1990 and is the founding shareholder of Adamczyk Law Firm, PLLC.
In 2003, Mark began his law career in the real estate division of a large Atlanta, Georgia firm. In 2005, Mark relocated to his hometown of Naples, Florida, where he continued to practice in real estate and related litigation. Mark had the opportunity to handle hundreds of real estate transactions and assist his clients in real estate disputes.
Along the way, Mark discovered his enjoyment of community association law and assisting communities with their various legal needs. Today, Mark is one of only a handful of lawyers in Southwest Florida who primarily focuses on community association law on a daily basis. He has provided hundreds of legal opinions to numerous community associations and specializes in complex legal opinions, document and rule amendments, covenant enforcement, mediation/arbitration, contract review, and collections matters.
Mark’s extensive community association practice earned him a position at Ave Maria School of Law as adjunct professor of Condo & HOA Law where he taught law students for five years. Mark regularly educates Board members and property managers with current legal issues and strategies. Mark has written many columns in the Naples Daily News featuring legal guidance on community association issues. Mark takes pride in being accessible to clients and providing prompt and clear legal advice. Mark’s primary goal is for his clients to have confidence in facing their legal challenges.
When he is not assisting clients, Mark enjoys spending time with his two teenage sons. Mark also has a passion for golf, football, travel, cooking, music and history. Mark is a 3-time club golf champion, and writes articles on interesting history topics.
