FOUNDING SHAREHOLDER
MARK E. ADAMCZYK
Mark E. Adamczyk, Esq. has been a Naples resident since 1990 and is the founding shareholder of Adamczyk Law Firm, PLLC.
Mark began his law career in the commercial real estate division of a large Atlanta, Georgia firm where he gained extensive experience in title examination, title insurance, contract drafting and lease drafting. He then received an opportunity to relocate to Florida to continue focusing on real estate transactions. Mark later co-founded Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC in 2010, which became Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC in 2012. During this time, Mark routinely handled complex real estate and title litigation involving breach of contract, quiet title, easement disputes and evictions. He also represented landowners in land use disputes with local government authorities.
Along the way, Mark discovered his enjoyment of community association law and assisting communities with their various legal needs. Today, Mark is one of only a handful of lawyers in Southwest Florida who primarily focuses on community association law on a daily basis. He has provided hundreds of legal opinions to numerous community associations and specializes in document and rule amendments, covenant enforcement, contract review, and collections matters.
Mark’s extensive community association practice earned him a position at Ave Maria School of Law as adjunct professor of Condo & HOA Law where he instructed for a few years. You may also recognize him from the Naples Daily News as he regularly wrote columns featuring legal opinions on community association issues during his time at Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC.
When he is not assisting clients, Mark spends time with his wife and two sons, ages 12 and 14. Mark also enjoys golf, cooking, singing and entertaining, and following his beloved Florida State Seminoles and Boston Red Sox. Mark is also a 2-time club golf champion at Quail Creek Country Club.
